Improve bootstrap robustness and add safety checks

- Fix /tmp/yay conflict with rm -rf before clone
- Use script directory instead of current directory
- Add pipefail to error handling
- Add command existence checks for mise/zoxide in .zshrc
- Add HTTPS clone option in README
