feat: 添加多个远程MCP配置并优化默认设置

- 添加新的远程上下文配置，指定 context7 的服务地址并默认禁用。
- 添加 DeepWiki MCP 配置，启用远程连接并指定配置文件路径。
- 添加 Exa 搜索工具的远程 MCP 配置并禁用默认启用。
- 添加 grep-app 远程 MCP 配置并设置为禁用状态。
- 添加本地内存配置并启用模型上下文协议内存服务器的默认设置
- 添加顺序思维配置，启用本地命令行工具以支持顺序思维功能。
- 移除已禁用的 websearch 工具配置并更新 grep_app 的键名以保持一致性。
- 移除已废弃的 MCP 配置文件中定义的远程和本地服务端点。
