refactor: 更新模型标识符与配置以匹配新命名规范

- 更新模型标识符为cpa-openai和cpa-google以反映新的命名规范。
- 将 packy-openai 配置替换为 cpa-openai，更新 API 地址和密钥环境变量，并移除旧的注释配置。
