yangsy e08cea9c6a build(vite config): 优化开发服务器代理与端口配置
- 将开发服务器端口提取为常量 SERVER_PORT 以简化维护
- 为 API 代理添加环境注释并注释备用后端地址
- 新增本地测试用的 vimp/api 代理配置
- 新增 CDN 代理指向本地开发服务器端口

yangsy 24e126e946 feat(codes): 新增地铁基础静态配置JSON数据
本次新增public/vimp/codes/目录下的5个静态配置文件,覆盖地铁线路信息、区域分区编码、停车区域、站点内部区域细分以及全量站点列表,为地铁相关业务提供基础数据支撑。
